2026 Club Meetings Programme
The 2026 Provisional Timetable for Club Meetings (All subject to weather and events!!) is as follows
These events will take place in the West Meon Boules Court at West Meon Church, or as otherwise described in the relevant Whatsapp message.
Booking in to Club Meetings
Done via the FRIENDS and MEMBERS Whatsapp Groups
2026 self-managed “Roll Up” Programme
The 2026 Timetable for Club Meetings is as follows;
Booking in to self-managed play
Our policies and procedures for booking in to self- managed time slots are
1 Enter a message on your Whatsapp group stating
a. The date of the slot that you want to book
b. The start and end times that you want to book
c. The number of people who you intend to bring
d. How many of the group are Club members (as opposed to Club Friends or non-members)
e. Whether or not you need to have access to Club resources (eg Boules, ropes etc)
2 Send message to the relevant “Guardian” member of the management team indicated on the published timetable.
3 Follow the procedure advised by a member of the management team in a Whatsapp response to your Whatsapp request
If you encounter any unforeseeable problems please contact a member of the management team.
Given the fact that, to date, we have little experience of this new process, the earlier you can make your Whatsapp request the better!!
